Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Personalized or custom items are non-returnable, unless defective.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless:
The item arrived damaged
The wrong item was sent
The product is defective
In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us first to check availability.
